On July 11, 2022, the weather was fine. Along with the heat wave, Chint welcomed a group of special young people - millennial "little friends" who finally walked out of the campus and entered a new chapter in their lives. 60 young eagles from Chint Instruments participated in a four-day induction training in Hangzhou and Wenzhou respectively. We, who had been linked through a small WeChat group, finally met face to face, and the scene was like a "large-scale netizen meeting". They came from all over the world with dreams and came to the big family of Chint.

Wearing a unified Chint blue, the training started with the friends from the branches in Hangzhou, Wenzhou and Shanghai. They had just bid farewell to the Jingjing campus, and they were inevitably apprehensive, not knowing what to do to welcome this real coming-of-age ceremony. Fortunately, Chint's "great parents" taught me a lot, and analyzed the future development in a simple way; brothers and sisters shared their valuable experience without hiding, like a beacon of lights, lighting the way forward for everyone~

In order to let the young eagles change their roles more quickly, understand the Chint family and integrate into the organization, we have arranged a series of targeted courses, from corporate culture to quality culture, from information security to lean production, from email writing to business etiquette, All aspects of content swept in. Everyone seems to have returned to the campus and clearly realized that this is not a campus. At this moment, what they need to master is business knowledge, practical skills, and lay the foundation for future career development. Here, it is also a starting line, and where you can run is up to you.

There will be confusion and confusion on the way to grow up, but these will not be our stumbling blocks. Only when there are difficulties can we overcome difficulties, and when there are challenges, there is a possibility of breakthroughs. On the way forward, the little eagles have already led the way - dear mentors. Even if they overcome obstacles, they have their moments with them. A sense of responsibility and faith arises spontaneously through teaching and solving doubts, passing down the fire and fire from generation to generation, and exchange of tokens. May this teacher-disciple relationship remain in each other's hearts forever.

At such an age, at such a moment, who does not have an ocean of curiosity? What is my company like? What is my job like? Even what are my leaders like? In order to answer questions for the young eagles, the general manager of the company, Gu Zhangping, together with the entire management team and some department heads, made a special trip to attend this "highest standard" meeting. At the meeting, the young eagles asked questions enthusiastically, and the leaders shared eloquently. The discussion that was originally scheduled to end at 5:30 was pulled to 6 o'clock, and there was still no end to it. I believe that everyone has harvested a lot, and I look forward to the little eagles taking these golden words, absorbing the motivation to move forward, blooming and fruiting in the instrument company, and living up to their knowledge and themselves!
