Our laboratory was established in 2002 and now covers an area of about 2080㎡, of which the test site is 1,600㎡, including a comprehensive performance test room, electromagnetic compatibility test room, environmental performance test room, mechanical performance test room, and function test room, communication test room. It has 160 sets/sets of various types of test equipment, which are equipped with several sets of equipment of well-known domestic and foreign brands, which are at the leading level in the industry. Equipment includes 0.02-level electric energy metering and testing equipment, EM TEST/TESEQ electromagnetic compatibility testing equipment, Guangzhou Five Institute environmental testing equipment, and Su Shi/Dong Ling mechanical performance testing equipment, etc., able to carry out performance and function tests of a complete set of electric energy meters and terminal system products such as accuracy, electrical performance, electromagnetic compatibility, mechanical performance, environmental performance, functional testing, communication testing, and meter operation simulation testing according to standards, and can carry out 12 types of key materials Performance Testing. The laboratory was accredited by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment CNAS in 2018 and obtained the test laboratory accreditation certificate. The accredited testing areas cover 30 test items including the accuracy of the electric energy meter, the influence quantity, and the mechanical performance. The measurement management system passed the AAA certification of Zhongqi Metrology System Certification Center, and the enterprise electric energy measurement standard level is 0.02, which can continuously provide customers with accurate and reliable testing services.
